  3. Nutrition

Scientific research is currently being conducted on the subject of nutrition and physical wellness. Numerous groups are collaborating to gain a greater understanding of the human body and how it processes food. Modern day food choices can be misleading, as many appear to be very appetizing, but lack in nutrition. A diet which is lacking nutrition, causes the development of deficiencies, illness and eventually diseases. By increasing our understanding about nutrition, we can make choices that align with the best possible food choices to promote overall health, the prevention of illnesses and improvements with how health problems are treated.

This collection of sites is focused on facilitating discussions concerning the leading scientific policies with regards to nutrition.  As energy output is directly related to energy input, these discussions also include research on physical activity. Discussions are focused on how to best pair exercise with diet to promote long term well-being, while reducing the occurrence of disease.
